About the Position

Loan Sales and Transfer ensures all details of a loan file are complete and accurate and properly reflected in the servicing system of record. This position is responsible for processing timely daily, weekly, and monthly loan movements, whether it is an acquisition, internal or external transfers, service release, and other loan movements requested by Clients.

What you will do:

• Prepare and process timely and accurately activities related to loan movement from beginning to end; transactional activities related to acquisitions, loan sales and transfers, internal/external service releases, and any other activities related to loan movement
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements
• Understand the basic usage of Q and stored procedure reports to generate and process scripts
• Keep abreast of investor guidelines to ensure processes are compliant.

You have:

• Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or closely related field. Minimum GPA of 3.50 - transcripts may be requested
• Knowledge of working with Word and Excel including pivot tables and v-look-ups
  
• Mathematical/financial aptitude for solving problems. (2nd-year algebra) - Testing is required
• Minimum 2 years of previous work experience
• Ability to interpret data and analyze problems; strong problem-solving skills
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to see tasks through to completion while multi-tasking
• Flexibility in work hours, allowing for extended hours when loan volume requires extra effort
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment onboarding requirements, including criminal/civil background check, reference check, and successful performance on pre-employment tests
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
